Book your spots NOW in our Outdoor Training schedule. We offer Monday and Wednesdays (5:30PM) and Saturdays (8:30AM). Workouts are only $16.95 (inclusive of tax) and cancellations can be made 24 hours in advance.
Join us for 45 minute, full body circuit-based workouts that combine cardio and resistance for maximum results. Workouts are performed under the sun on a spacious stone and grass patio in a private setting. This year, we’ve extended the workout space by adding 360 square feet of stone, leaving plenty of room for physical distancing. Individual training areas are scoped out for each person and you will do the entire workout within your scoped out space.
NEW!!! Introducing “STRONG CIRCUIT” (Outdoor)
Every Monday at 5:30 PM you will be guided through a 45-minute full-body circuit class, that focuses on building strength. In this class you will move between different stations, with innovative equipment, like tires, battle-ropes, ladders, bands and more.
As always the class will be great for beginner movers to experienced shakers.
Spaces are currently strictly limited due to COVID restrictions! Bookings are essential as we will not be accepting “walk ins” to ensure all regulations are met.
These classes are held in Southwest Oakville near Third Line & Rebecca. The specific address location will be sent in your confirmation email once you’ve registered for a class(es).

How It Works ?
Choose your desired class.
- Pick one date/class at a time in the calendar shown. If you want to book more than 1 class, you will be prompted after the “Add On’s” tab.
- If spots are available you will be able to select the desired class.
- After verifying your selections you will be directed to “Check Out” via Paypal. You can login to your own PayPal account or check out as a guest.
- You will receive a final confirmation email from us as well as a unique login & password to “Manage Your Bookings” online at your convenience.
Check your Spam/Junk folder, sometimes our emails end up there. If that happens, be sure to add us (email@example.com) to your contacts and drag our email into your Primary folder.

All attendees must be on time for class. The first 10 minutes of class is where the Instructor describes the workout and leads a warm-up. Warming up is crucial as it gets the mind and body read for working out and prevents injury.
If you are unwell please stay home, to ensure the health and safety of everyone attending classes.
Rain? No problem. We will still train…online. There are no refunds for rain days. Should a class be impacted by weather an email will be sent 1 hour in advance. The class will continue to run online via Zoom at the same time and a link to the class will be sent out. Please ensure you have the Zoom app on your computer, mobile device or Smart TV. In many cases, you can also cast video from your mobile device to a Smart TV. We’re not super tech savvy so you may want to google this if you need help.
According to the current Ontario Covid-19 regulations, fitness training can happen outdoors with specific physical distancing and recommended sanitation protocols followed. At Body By You, your safety and comfort is our priority. We follow all recommended Covid-19 protocols regarding distancing, cleaning and sanitization for both indoor and outdoor training.
Kindly note, 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel bookings to ensure you receive a refund or secure a booking in a different class. This also allows an opportunity for another person to join in the class from our wait list. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a forfeit of your payment for the class affected.

Our classes are quite popular and in 2020 were often sold out. In an effort to provide a needed service to our community and give as many people as possible the opportunity to attend, we aim to avoid last minute cancellations. Refunds will be provided for cancellations made 48 hours prior to your booked class.
Q: I’m new to fitness. Are these classes suitable for beginners?
A: Yes these classes are suitable for beginners who have done some form of fitness at any point in their life. Variety for all exercises are provided. If you have any questions about your suitability, please contact us.
Q: I’m very proficient with exercising. Will these classes be engaging for me?
A: Absolutely. Our instructors love to level people up and challenge you.
Q: I have my own weights and bands, can I bring them?
Q: Is there free parking?
A: Yes. If space is in the driveway, park there. If not, there is plenty of street parking along Sandlewood and Sawyer.
Q: Are there washroom facilities?
A: Yes. Please wear a mask when entering the premises.
Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: Yes. Water, a mat and a sweat towel. We also recommend a hat and sunscreen. Each workout is different and some times calls for small fitness tools such as mini-bands or dumbbells. If you have these you can bring your own but we will provide these items (cleaned and sanitized) for people who don’t have them to use during the workout.
Q: What if I need to cancel a class I’ve registered for?
A: No problem. You can cancel any booking 24 hours in advance. Click on the Cancel Link in your confirmation email or login to the “Manage My Bookings” tab on our website and edit your booking as needed.

Q: What happens if it’s raining?
A: Class is still on…ONLINE that is! If you were ready to come to training then you can be ready at home too. There are no refunds for rain days. You won’t need any equipment, just you and a bit of space. 30min prior to the start of class you will receive a Zoom link for the online class. Check our Rain Day Policy.

Great for all fitness levels. Modifications are provided for each exercise. You’ll be shown the base move and how to level it up. Have an injury? No stress. Alternatives are also provided to accommodate for injuries and special conditions.
We keep it spicy! There are similarities in the workouts, but no two workouts are ever the same. We use a variety of training styles to keep you motivated and stimulated.
It’s the workout that keeps on working. If you only have 45 minutes to workout, it should be the most efficient. Our Outdoor Training is designed to give you that post-exercise burn called the EPOC effect. You’ll keep burning energy even after the workout is over because of our super effective combination of cardio and resistance movements.
