You just need YOU, some water, a towel and a mat if you need one.

With all the uncertainties and challenges at the moment, we know you may be feeling anxious and overwhelmed. It’s in times like these where working the body actually helps to relax and free the mind. We don’t want you to have to spend time thinking about what to do in a workout. We want you to spend that time doing other things. So in creating this awesome workout pack, we have taken the guess work out for you.

- All workouts in the initial release do not require any equipment at all. Additional workouts may feature the use of certain fitness tools/equipment.
- The Initial Release features 16 specifically hand-crafted workouts – 5 Beginner, 5 Intermediate, 6 Experienced. More have been added since and you get access to all of it!
- Additional workouts are added regularly to keep give you additional variety and challenges
